Zero Doping Policy

Applies to: All LUXIAOJUN sponsored athletes, ambassadors, affiliates, contractors, and staff (collectively referred to as “Athletes” or “Representatives”).

1. Purpose

LUXIAOJUN is committed to promoting clean, fair, and ethical sport. This Zero Doping Policy outlines our expectations, responsibilities, and actions related to anti‑doping. The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all individuals representing LUXIAOJUN compete and act with integrity, free from the use of prohibited substances or methods.

2. Policy Statement

LUXIAOJUN maintains a strict zero‑tolerance stance against doping in any form. We fully support and align with international anti‑doping standards, including but not limited to those set by the World Anti‑Doping Agency (WADA), U.S. Anti‑Doping Agency (USADA), and relevant sport governing bodies.

No athlete or representative of LUXIAOJUN shall use, possess, administer, or attempt to use any prohibited substance or prohibited method, nor shall they assist, encourage, or cover up such violations.

3. Definitions

  • Prohibited Substance: Any substance listed on the current WADA Prohibited List or equivalent list recognized by a national anti‑doping organization.

  • Prohibited Method: Any practice or manipulation intended to enhance performance contrary to anti‑doping rules.

  • Doping Violation: Includes presence, use, or attempted use of a prohibited substance or method, refusal to submit to testing, tampering with samples, trafficking, or complicity.

4. Responsibilities of Athletes and Representatives

  1. Compliance: All athletes must comply with WADA, USADA, or the relevant anti‑doping body rules at all times.

  2. Due Diligence: Athletes must check all supplements and medications for prohibited substances before use.

  3. Reporting: Any known or suspected doping activities must be reported immediately to LUXIAOJUN management.

  4. Testing Cooperation: Athletes must fully cooperate with testing procedures conducted by relevant authorities.

  5. Disclosure: Athletes must disclose all medical prescriptions and supplement use to the LUXIAOJUN Athlete Management Team.

5. Enforcement & Sanctions

Violations of this policy will result in immediate review and may lead to one or more of the following actions:

  • Suspension or termination of sponsorship, endorsement, or employment agreements

  • Public disassociation from the individual involved

  • Notification to governing bodies or relevant anti‑doping authorities

All decisions will be made in accordance with due process, based on available evidence and applicable regulations.

6. Public Commitment

By representing LUXIAOJUN, each athlete publicly affirms their commitment to clean sport and fair play. We celebrate strength, discipline, and integrity—not shortcuts.

LUXIAOJUN will continue to stand behind athletes who compete clean and uphold the values that define our brand and the spirit of sport.
