Choose Your Session

Uncovered platforms are shown, never hidden. A session stays in draft until written filming authorization naming the platform is on file.

What We Film Here

Platform 1 only, across Session 2A and Session 2B. Event Captain plus Platform Shooter on site, two cameras rolling from a locked position and one hot spare.

Check in Photo

One frame of your feet on the venue floor, in the window 75 to 60 minutes before your session start. Optional, with no consequence either way.

Roster Reconciliation

55 to 25 minutes before your session start, after weigh in closes. We confirm your lot number, session and platform against the official start list.

The filming is free. If your plans change, withdraw from your account page, under My events, before the registration deadline so your space can go to another lifter.

Rules and FAQ

Settled policy. These answers ship as written and are the same wording used in the confirmation email and on every event page.

The 15% Member Discount

15% off any LUXIAOJUN product that is not already on sale. It starts the day your application is approved, and it applies automatically at checkout when you shop with the email you joined with. There is no code. Products already reduced are excluded. It stacks with the order discounts we run at events, and not with another product discount.

Members also reach every new colorway 48 hours before the public.

Free, for athletes, gym owners and coaches. A few questions and one photo. Under 18 is fine with a parent or guardian's consent.

Only used to tag you when we post your lift. Leave it empty and we will not.
Under 18? We ask for a parent or guardian's email next. They sign a consent form before we approve you.
We email them a short consent form to sign. Your application waits until they have signed it, then we review it. It cannot be your own email.
One photo that shows you lift, coach or run a gym: you on the platform or in training, a meet result with your name on it, your federation card, your team at a meet, or your gym. Only our admins see it, and it is how we approve you. The proof photo you chose

Applying signs you up for LIFT Club email: your approval, event coverage, early access and member news. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.

Weight class is not asked here. You choose it each time you register for an event, because it is the class you are lifting in that day rather than a fact about you. Field 8, whether you already own LUXIAOJUN, is never asked either. It is backfilled from your order history. Field 11, the email box, is gone: applying signs you up, as the line above the button says.

LIFT Club runs on your LUXIAOJUN account. Start with your email. If it already has a password, you enter it. If not, you choose one here. One login for the store and for LIFT Club, nothing separate to remember or to lose.

That is also how your videos stay private. They are delivered to your account and nowhere else, so signing in is what proves they are yours.

LIFT Club is also the LUXIAOJUN athlete, coach and gym owner discount. One program, one application, the same 15%.

Any other brandNot filmed. The service is for athletes competing in LUXIAOJUN

Eligibility is worded one way everywhere: LUXIAOJUN footwear worn on the competition platform for every competition attempt you take. Joining LIFT Club is open to every lifter, whatever is on your feet, and membership gets you the 15%, the early access and the community. The filming is free, and it is only for athletes competing in our shoes. If you register and then compete in another brand on the day, we cannot deliver your media.

More Than the Platform

LIFT Club is a growing community built around the athletes who make weightlifting what it is.

  • Athlete Spotlights

    Get recognized by the community.

  • Podium Recognition

LIFT Club members reaching the podium may be featured across LUXIAOJUN channels.

  • Community Activations

Meetups, sessions and open lifts around covered meets.

  • Early Access

48 hours before the public, on every new colorway.

  • Product Opportunities

Wear test invitations and feedback rounds.

  • Special Events

    Invitations tied to the calendar.

Rise and Rep

Rise and Rep is LUXIAOJUN's ambassador program: selected ambassadors and community leaders. It is a separate program from LIFT Club. You cannot apply for it: we invite people.

Where It Sits

  1. LIFT Club

The athlete community, and open to every athlete, coach and gym owner who applies.

  2. Rise and Rep

Selected ambassadors and community leaders. By invitation only.

    This Is Rise and Rep

  3. Sponsored Athletes

High level partnerships with LUXIAOJUN, like the athletes on our roster.

    Meet the Roster

Being in LIFT Club does not put you in a queue for Rise and Rep, and neither one is a route to a sponsorship contract. LIFT Club is how we get to know lifters, and Rise and Rep invitations come from the community we know.

Parent or Guardian Consent

One moment, we are opening the form.

The athlete has applied to join LIFT Club, LUXIAOJUN's free athlete program, and is under 18. Please read this, then sign below. It takes about two minutes.

What LIFT Club Is

A free membership for competitive weightlifters. At participating events our crew films the athlete's best Snatch and best Clean and Jerk while they compete in LUXIAOJUN footwear, and the clips go to the athlete's account. Members also get 15% off LUXIAOJUN products at full price, early access to new colorways, and LIFT Club email.

What You Are Agreeing To

  1. The athlete may take part in LIFT Club and register for its events.
  2. LUXIAOJUN may film the athlete's lifts at those events and use that footage as the LIFT Club media release describes. You accept that release on the athlete's behalf. It is linked below, and the athlete sees it again when registering for an event.
  3. LUXIAOJUN may hold the information on the application: name, date of birth, email, mobile number, postcode and the proof photo, and may email the athlete about LIFT Club.
  4. You can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing info@luxiaojun.com. Footage already published may not be recalled, as the media release explains.

Read the Media Release

Typing your name here is your signature. We keep it with today's date and the time we received it.

Thank You. The Consent Is Signed.

We have it on file. LIFT Club reviews the application next, and the athlete hears from us by email.

Crew Tools / Deliver

Deliver the Videos

Drop the exported files, tag each one to an athlete, publish. The athlete gets them in their private area and nowhere else.

Drop Video Files Here

Or choose them from your machine. Filenames are read for the lift and the crop, so lastname-firstname_CJ_132_V.mp4 tags itself. Anything unreadable just waits for you to pick.

Who to Look For

Files

How the Tagging Works

StepWhat Happens
You pick a nameThe list is the roster for that event, so you cannot invent an athlete or misspell one
Behind the nameThe file is stored against the registration id, not the text. Two athletes called J. Smith stay separate
Lift and cropRead from the filename where present, otherwise you choose. SN or CJ, horizontal or vertical
On publishEach file is sent to private storage and checked. It then appears in that athlete's account under My Events, with a save button. It is not listed anywhere public
While sendingKeep the page open. Each row shows its progress, and a file that fails stays on the list with the reason
Untagged filesCannot publish. The button stays off until every row has an athlete

Admin / People

People

Invite SomeoneMember, Crew or Admin

Crew and admins sign in with a LUXIAOJUN customer account, the same as members. There is no separate staff login. Setting a role here only says what that account is allowed to do once it exists.

If they have never bought from LUXIAOJUN, create the customer in Shopify and send them the account invite. That email is the only thing that lets them set a password.

Role

This sets the role. It does not send an email. The account invite comes from Shopify, under Customers, and that email is what lets them set a password. Anyone can also join from the public site without being invited.

Applications, 0 Waiting

Approval emails are not set up yet. Approving still switches on the 15%, but nothing is emailed, so let the person know yourself until the sender is connected.

Approving adds two tags in Shopify: lift-club-member, which switches on the 15%, and lift-approved, which your Shopify Flow uses to send the approval email. Shopify only emails people who asked for LIFT Club email on the form. Turning somebody down sends nothing: they see your note on their account page and can send a different photo.

Staff, 0

NameEmailRoleAccess

Crew can deliver videos and read the roster. Admin can also publish events, change caps and set roles. A super admin can take somebody off staff entirely. Super admins cannot be removed here, on purpose, so nobody can lock the program out of itself. To change that, edit the lift-club-super tag on the customer in Shopify.
