The LUXIAOJUN “CrossFit Games® Tickets” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on May 19, 2025 at 12:00 AM Central Time and ends on July 17, 2025 at 11:59 PM Central Time (“Sweepstakes Period”).

How to Enter:

To enter, sign up for the LUXIAOJUN email newsletter at LUXIAOJUN.com/CrossFit during the Sweepstakes Period. One entry per person. By entering, participants agree to receive promotional emails from LUXIAOJUN. You may unsubscribe at any time, but unsubscribing before the Sweepstakes ends may result in disqualification.

Prize:

Three (3) winners will each receive two (2) general admission tickets to the 2025 CrossFit Games®. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize is $600+ USD or above. No cash alternative or prize substitution is permitted, except at the sole discretion of LUXIAOJUN. Transportation, travel, accommodations, meals, and any other incidental expenses are NOT included.

Winner Selection & Notification:

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on or about July 18, 2025. Winners will be notified by email and must respond within 72 hours to confirm acceptance. If a selected winner does not respond within the required timeframe, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected at LUXIAOJUN’s discretion.

Taxes and Reporting:

All federal, state, local, and international taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winners. U.S. residents may be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9, and LUXIAOJUN will issue a Form 1099-MISC to any U.S. winner whose prize value exceeds $600, as required by law. International winners are responsible for any applicable taxes in their own countries.

General Conditions:

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of LUXIAOJUN, which shall be final. LUXIAOJUN reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the official rules or that it believes to be fraudulent or tampered with. LUXIAOJUN also reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if necessary due to technical issues or force majeure.

By accepting a prize, winners grant LUXIAOJUN permission to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability:

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless LUXIAOJUN, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damages arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the awarding, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
