What is the minimum order quantity? ▼
The minimum order quantity is 50 pairs per order.
Can I combine colors and sizes to meet the MOQ? ▼
Yes. Colors and sizes can be combined within the same model. PowerPro pairs count with PowerPro, and Barefoot Pro pairs count with Barefoot Pro. Combining across different models does not count toward the MOQ.
Are there tiered pricing levels? ▼
Yes. Pricing tiers are 50-99, 100-149, 150-199, 200-499, and 500+ pairs. The more you order, the lower the unit cost. For 500+ unit orders, contact us directly for a custom quote.
What currency are invoices issued in? ▼
All invoices are issued in USD.
Shipping & Logistics
What shipping options are available? ▼
We offer three options: (1) FOB from China, where you arrange your own freight. (2) Pick up at our Frisco, TX warehouse after approximately 45 days from your order date. (3) Immediate pick up in Frisco, TX if inventory is already in the US. For US-based partners, the listed price is the flat final price with no additional shipping fee.

Yes. For international orders outside the 48 contiguous US states, please contact us directly so we can confirm shipping options and availability.
Who covers import duties and customs? ▼
The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in their destination country.

All main footwear lines (PowerPro Lifter, BarePower, Barefoot Pro, X-LOAD, XT-MOTION) and accessories (knee sleeves, lifting straps, wrist wraps, and belts) are available for wholesale.
Can I order a sample before committing to a full order? ▼
Sample availability is handled on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to our team to discuss before placing a full order.

What marketing support do partners receive? ▼
Partners have access to point-of-sale materials and co-branded marketing opportunities. Athlete imagery usage requires prior approval from our team.
Can I be the exclusive retailer in my region? ▼
Exclusivity is not guaranteed but is considered on a case-by-case basis for high-volume, committed partners. Contact us to discuss.
What is the return policy for wholesale orders? ▼
Wholesale orders are generally final sale. Defective product claims are handled case by case. Please contact us with documentation including photos and your order details.
