Adelyn Jones is an American weightlifter from Illinois with seven years of competitive experience. In that time she has built one of the most decorated youth resumes in the country, earning six national medals including four national titles, and sweeping every Illinois state record across every age group and weight class she has competed in since 2019.
A two-time Pan American Champion (2022 and 2024) and silver medalist in 2025, Adelyn is currently ranked number one on both the Youth World Championships list and the U17 Youth Pan American Championships list. She is a member of the National Team Developmental Program and has her sights set on the 2032 Olympics in Brisbane, Australia.
