Suitable for high-intensity strength training such as weight lifting and hard pulling.
Product is too stiff, does not stretch very much, hurts the knee when bending. Leaves a gap around the top when bending.

7mm Knee Sleeves
The knee sleeves are great. However, I wish it was a tad bit longer. The knee sleeves also needed breaking in as it hurt a bit at the beginning because of the bunching up of material at the back of the knee.
