Felt an instant difference. I’m a US 11.5 and got these shoes at size 11 and they fit perfectly. I was worried they were going to be stiff and uncomfortable but they felt great from the first workout. Definitely worth the money.
*Sized down* but then the fit is perfect. Perfect shoe with a stable heel for squatting and enough space to splay my toes.
I had never worn lifters before and this was one of the few brands that carries a sise 5 in women. Everyone told me my feet would hurt the first few times I wore lifters, with these, that is very far from my experience. They feel very sturdy and comfortable. All my lifts feel so much easier.
These shoes are true to size. They don’t feel snug and the toe box isn’t too small.
